Welcome to TalentHire PH

TalentHire PH is a comprehensive Recruitment & Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed for the Philippine market. It covers the entire hiring lifecycle — from posting jobs and receiving applications, through AI-powered screening, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, and employee management including payroll, attendance, leave, and shift scheduling.

Accessing the System

Public Pages — Anyone can browse job listings at /jobs, track their application status at /track, and view pricing at /pricing.

Admin Dashboard — Authorized users log in at /login to access the dashboard at /dashboard. Your role determines which features you see.

User Roles

TalentHire PH supports five user roles:

  • Admin — Full access to all company features: jobs, applications, hiring, payroll, attendance, leave, scheduling, email, reporting, company profile, back office, and the AI assistant.
  • Recruiter — Focused on recruitment: candidate tracking (My Candidates), jobs, applications, pipeline, interviews, bulk hiring, offers, scorecards, analytics, email templates, and the AI assistant.
  • Hiring Manager — Oversees hiring decisions: jobs, applications, pipeline, interviews, scorecards, bulk hiring, offers, onboarding, analytics, reporting, and back office user management.
  • Employee — Self-service only: clock in/out, view schedule, file leave requests, view payslips, update profile.
  • Platform Admin (Superuser) — Sees all data across ALL companies. Full access to every feature without company scoping restrictions.
  • Creating a Job Posting

Navigate to Dashboard → Jobs → Create New Job. Fill in the required fields:

  • Title — The job title (e.g., "Customer Service Representative")
  • Description — Detailed job description
  • Requirements — Skills, qualifications, and experience needed
  • Department — Select from predefined PH departments
  • Location — Philippine city/region
  • Salary Range — Monthly salary in PHP (min and max)
  • Employment Type — Full-time, Part-time, or Contract

  • Once published, the job appears on the public job board at /jobs.

    Managing Jobs

From the Jobs page, you can:

  • Edit any existing job posting
  • Toggle Active/Inactive — Inactive jobs are hidden from the public board
  • Delete jobs that are no longer needed
  • View application count per job
  • Public Job Board

The public job board at /jobs shows all active positions. Candidates can search by keyword and filter by department, location, and employment type. Each job card shows the title, department, location, salary range, and employment type. Clicking a job opens the full detail page where candidates can apply directly.

    Application Pipeline

Every application moves through a 6-stage pipeline:

    1. Applied — Initial submission received

    2. Screening — Under review by recruitment team

    3. Interview — Candidate invited for interview

    4. Offer — Offer being prepared or extended

    5. Hired — Candidate accepted and hired

    6. Rejected — Application declined

You can advance candidates between stages from the Applications page or the Pipeline Board.

    AI Resume Screening

TalentHire PH includes AI-powered resume analysis. When a candidate applies:

  • The AI automatically processes their resume (PDF or DOCX)
  • It generates a Relevance Score (0-100) measuring job fit
  • Extracts: skills, experience years, education level, languages, current role
  • Provides: profile summary, strengths, weaknesses, and AI notes
  • Supports both English and Tagalog resumes

  • You can also manually trigger AI screening from any application's detail panel.

    Application Detail Panel

Click any application to open the detail panel showing:

  • Candidate contact info and resume download
  • AI-generated profile with score and analysis
  • Candidate ranking compared to other applicants
  • Workflow notes — add stage-specific notes
  • Duplicate detection — warns if the same candidate applied to multiple jobs
  • Quick actions: change status, create offer, schedule interview
  • Visual Pipeline Management

The Pipeline Board at Dashboard → Pipeline Board provides a Kanban-style view of all applications. Each column represents a pipeline stage (Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, Rejected), and each card represents a candidate.

    Drag & Drop

Move candidates between stages by simply dragging their card from one column to another. The status update is saved automatically. This is the fastest way to manage your hiring pipeline.

    Filtering & Search

  • Filter by Job — Use the dropdown to focus on a specific position
  • Search — Find candidates by name, email, or current role
  • Each card shows: candidate name, current role, AI score badge, job title, and applied date
  • Quick Actions

  • Contact information (email, phone)
  • AI relevance score with progress bar
  • AI-generated profile summary
  • Quick action buttons to move to any stage

Navigate to Dashboard → Scorecards and click "New Template". Define:

  • - Name (e.g., "Communication Skills", "Problem Solving")

    - Max Score (1-10 scale)

    Using Scorecards

When an interview is linked to a scorecard template:

  • Each interviewer can independently rate the candidate on every criterion

  • A composite score is calculated using the weight multipliers
  • Interviewers provide a recommendation: Strong Hire, Hire, No Hire, or Strong No Hire
  • Managing Templates

    How It Works

TalentHire PH is multi-tenant. Each company's data is completely isolated:

  • Users belong to a company via their companyId
  • All dashboard data (jobs, applications, interviews, payroll, etc.) is automatically filtered by company
  • You can only see, edit, and manage data belonging to your own company
  • The public job board shows all companies' active positions
  • Platform Admins are the exception — they can see all data across companies
  • Need more help?

Visit the TalentHire AI assistant in your dashboard for real-time help with Philippine labor law, recruitment best practices, salary benchmarking, and communication templates.
